Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier who was a nurse and Tom Bell - a television director. She is an American singer and actress. Her heritage includes Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish as well as Scottish (father). Kristen developed a talent for the arts at a young stage. Her audition was in 1992, and was then offered a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell's mother signed her up with an agency before she turned 13; she later appeared on television commercials as well as newspaper advertisements. Bell also began taking acting lessons in private at that time. Bell was as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell was a member of the drama and music club at Shrine Catholic High School. She was a part of Dorothy in the school production that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell went to New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts for a musical theater course following her the completion of her studies. In 2001, Bell went to university and decided to perform the part of Becky on Tom Sawyer. That same year, she was in Pootie Tang however, the scene where she played the role was removed. As a result, only her credit sequence exists. Bell appeared with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
