Jessica Chastain
Jessica Chastain is an American actor and filmmaker who is known for portraying strong-willed women in movies with feminist themes. She's been nominated by two Oscars and was the winner of one Golden Globe Award. After seeing the US show 'Joseph & the Amazing Tecnhicolor dreamcoat she started to get interested in acting. She made her professional stage debut with a stage production of "Romeo & Juliet," and her film debut when she played an appearance in the drama film "Jolene'. The actress gained more recognition for her roles in films such as "Take shelter", "The Help", "Mama" and Interstellar. She was awarded the Golden Globe Award for her role in 'Zero Dark Thirty and was awarded the award for "Best Actress". She is most famous for her portrayal of strong but flawed women. Many of her characters are known in their advocacy of feminist ideals. She's an open-minded woman who stands up of equality in the workplace. TIME magazine ranked her among the World's Most Influential People in 2012.
